Easy Dill and Sour Cream Dip
Chips and Dip, a staple snack. But if you’re like me you don’t often want to buy dip from the store because leaving the comfort of your home after a long day is just not going to happen. So what’s one to do?
Well, I offer you an easy DIY dip made from sour cream and pretty common household spices that pairs excellently with potato chips. Pretzel’s would also be a tasty delivery option.
Sour Cream & Dill Chip Dip
Do you love chips and dip but don't want to go buy fancy store dip? All you need is some sour cream and some common household spices!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Very simple, just mix all your spices in your sour cream and enjoy with your favorite chips. We love potato chips! If you want to save for later put in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Notes:
Our household likes a strong flavor so if you would like less intense spice profiles cut them down by half and add more as needed. So 1/8 tsp garlic, onion powder, salt. And 1/4 tsp dill.
